Steady Performances From Karl Vilips and Muni He This Weekend on Tour

UGP TOUR was underway this weekend at the Charles Schwab Challenge, hosted at the historic Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Karl Vilips led the charge with early back-to-back low rounds, keeping himself in contention throughout the weekend and finishing tied for 11th. Kurt Kitayama followed closely, opening with rounds of 67 and 66 and wrapping up the week tied for 22nd. Texas native Beau Hossler fired a six-under 66 in the opening round, delivering solid play on familiar ground to finish tied for 59th.

After an impressive showing last week, Muni He continued her strong form this weekend, finishing tied for 21st. Despite a rocky start, she carded three solid rounds to close out the event strong. Tiffany Chan also competed in this weeks field, but narrowly missed the cut.

Next, the UGP TOUR heads to the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. The ladies are set to compete at the U.S. Women’s Open Championship at Baltusrol Golf Club in Erin, Wisconsin.
