TOURNAMENT & CHIPPING CONTEST TWOSOME

This bundle includes entry to both the tournament & chipping contest portions of the UGP Shootout at westdrift Golf Club on November 13, 2025. Entry includes:

• 9 holes of golf for two players

  • Format: 2-Person Best Ball

• Single player entry into the Survivor Shootout chipping contest for two players

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of tournament planning and limited capacity, refund requests will only be considered under the following guidelines.

For all cancellations, UGP is not responsible for finding a replacement if you, your partner, or your team are unable to attend. Single-player cancellations within a twosome are responsible for finding their own replacement and are not guaranteed a refund.

For cancellations made…

• More than 30 Days Out: A full refund will be provided only if a replacement team or individual player is found. In the event a replacement is not found and a refund cannot be provided, a partial credit may be issued toward a future UGP Tournament, subject to eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

• Less than 30 Days Out: Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 30 days of the tournament. Players may transfer their individual/team spot to a replacement player/team or forfeit that individual’s/team’s entry fee.

DISCLAIMER

UGP reserves the right to approve all tournament participants and may revoke or deny entry at its discretion to uphold the integrity and standards of the event.
