With his PGA TOUR win at the Puerto Rico Open, 23-year-old Australian golfer and Stanford golf standout Karl Vilips secured a two-year PGA TOUR exemption and earned spots in the Players Championship and the PGA Championship 2024. In just his fourth career PGA TOUR start, Vilips delivered a breakthrough performance, solidifying himself as a rising PGA TOUR talent and a future star in professional golf.

UGP TOUR had a stellar performance at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, with three UGP players in the field in one of the toughest tests in the PGA Tour.

Collin Morikawa led the charge, putting on a world-class ball-striking display and holding the 54-hole lead heading into Sunday. Through the first three rounds, he dominated in key statistical categories, leading the field in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green and Strokes Gained: Approach.

Morikawa ultimately secured a solo second-place finish, adding yet another impressive result to his season. Isaiah Salinda finished T45 after a steady performance, while Min Woo Lee narrowly missed the cut.

Muni He, the sole UGP TOUR athlete in the field, finished strong with a T25 at the Blue Bay LPGA. After a solid second-round performance, she wrapped up the event on a consistent note.

Next, UGP TOUR heads to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, for The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Meanwhile, the LPGA Tour moves on to Chandler, Arizona for the Ford Championship at Whirlwind Golf Club.
